Terms of use
The short rules for using BuildExercises, in plain language.
Version 2026-11-06. This is a plain-language draft for a prototype. Before launch, have a lawyer review it for the places your visitors live.
Who we are
BuildExercises is run by Neucluse LLC. You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms are an agreement between you and Neucluse LLC.
Who can use it
- You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian's permission.
- You can use the free modules and the checker without an account. Accounts are optional.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
What you may build and share
- Do not use BuildExercises to make pages or apps that deceive people: fake sign-in or payment pages, look-alikes of real organizations, or anything that collects other people's passwords or card details.
- Do not use it to harm, harass or target people, to break the law, to infringe other people's rights, or to attack other systems.
- Do not try to get round the safety checks, limits or the sandbox, or overload the service.
- We scan what is generated and may block it. We may remove content, limit or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report serious abuse to the authorities.
What you make, and AI output
- What you type and what you build with the tool is yours. You give us the limited permission needed to send your prompt to an AI provider, run our checks, and (if you choose to publish) host the page.
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete, unsafe, or similar to other people's work. It may not be protected by copyright, and the same prompt can give someone else a similar page. You are responsible for checking anything before you use or publish it, for your own site's legal pages, and for the content you add.
- Your prompts are sent to the AI companies listed in the privacy notice. Do not type secrets or other people's personal data.
Pages you publish (if the site offers it)
Published pages live on a separate address, are not indexed by search engines, and can be taken down by you at any time or by us if they break these terms or someone reports them. Do not publish personal data, and do not add forms that collect it.
Classes
Teachers can see the progress described in the privacy notice for learners who joined their class. Teachers are responsible for having the right to include their learners.
No guarantees
- The service is a learning tool provided as is. We try to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for a particular purpose, and the score and checks are guidance, not a guarantee of quality, accessibility, legal compliance or search ranking.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, or for what happens to a site you build and publish elsewhere. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
- Features, limits and prices (if any are introduced) can change. We will tell you about changes that matter.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as the limits above) continue after that.
Changes and questions
If we change these terms in a way that matters we will update the version above and ask you to accept again where the law requires. Questions: [email protected].
