Meta tags: what it means
Hidden lines at the top of a page that describe it to browsers and search engines, such as the title and description.
How it shows up when you build
- Be findable: The title tag and meta description often become the search result. Write them for people.
A tip
- Put the main query naturally in the title, the h1 and the first paragraph.
